Assuming one hand is at 12 and the other at 3, then going clockwise that is 25% of the pie chart.
Measuring from the minute hand (at 12) and going clockwise, it would be 210 degrees.
It is: 180/360 degrees = 1/2 a revolution
Hour hand moves 30 degrees, minute hand moves 360 degrees.
