I would use feet.
You can not measure the volume of a liquid with a measurement designed to determine length. A centiliter is a measurement of volume, or the amount of space that a liquid can consume inside an object. A centimeter, would be a measurement of length and a centigram is a measurement of mass (weight).
Millimetre.

This is a bit arbitrary, but the name "length" is often reserved for the longest measurement, and the "width" would be perpendicular to the length. This is a bit arbitrary, but the name "length" is often reserved for the longest measurement, and the "width" would be perpendicular to the length. This is a bit arbitrary, but the name "length" is often reserved for the longest measurement, and the "width" would be perpendicular to the length. This is a bit arbitrary, but the name "length" is often reserved for the longest measurement, and the "width" would be perpendicular to the length.
I suppose if your stop watch doesn't accurately measure time or has limit on the length of time it can measure it might be bad. Otherwise it would be an accurate measurement of the length of a movie.

I would measure its length in inches, its weight in ounces, and its screen brightness in lumens.

There is no such measurement. There is either metric measurement or not. Do you mean "fractions" of inches?
For a rectangle, this would be the multiplication of the two different length sides.
