im not sure, but i think not. im on time on everything and im in 9th grade but i only have 7 or 8 credits. i guess it depends on wat system ur in. if ur on the period system or the block system. on the block system, u can only get 8 credits at most in 1 year due to only being able to have 4 blocks and two semesters. if ur on the period system, i guess u could have 10 credits by in 9th grade....
