Sir I am Imran khan in Nepal my problem is 6000KVA Step down Transformer is not charging. Transformer Pri- 33000V /105A Sec- 6900V / 502A

transformer all test (open & short circuit ) good . but problem is HT(IR)= value this time IR value 50M ohm

Before 3days HT(IR) = value is 7000M ohm suddenly start Transformer result is Transformer not charging & HT(IR) value is down 50M ohm.

What is the median of all the numbers between 1 and infinity?

There is no median. Infinity is named so because there is no final number; numbers keep going on and on and on, so there can be no median between 1 and infinity. Or alternatively, half infinity

Any whole number between -infinity to +infinity including zero.

Difference between potential transformer and current trasnformer?

The difference between current transformer and potential transformer is that the secondary of a current transformer can not be open circuited while under service whereas that of the potential transformer an be open circuited without any damage to the transformer.

What is the difference between ideal transformer and practical transformer?

There are basically 4 major differences :- 1. The windings (both primary and secondary) of an ideal transformer are considered to have zero resistance, hence the transformer is lossless. 2. There is no leakage flux in an ideal transformer. 3. The permiability of the core material in ideal transformer is considered to be tending to infinity and hence the current needed to set up the flux in the transformer is negligible. 4. There is zero hysterisis and eddy current losses in an ideal transformer.

What is the difference between 20 and infinity?

The difference is infinity. Infinity is the concept of the largest possible number. Even if you take 20 away the number will still be infinity.
