It would be a rectangle.
The lengths of the sides must be such that the length times the width equals 36:
So it could be a square with sides 6; or
A rectangle with sides 4 and 9; or
A rectangle with sides 3 and 13; or
A rectangle with sides 2 and 18; or
A rectangle with sides 1 and 36; or
A rectangle with sides ½ and 72, etc
The rectangle can get as thin as you like and would become longer to accommodate the area.
It would look like a parallelogram.
A rectangle with four equal sides would not be a rectangle, it would be a square. In a rectangle opposite sides are equal in length and are parallel.
Look at it this way, suppose x is one side of the rectangle and y is the other. Then the area of the rectangle would be xy. Now if you double each side of the originial rectangle you would have each side as 2x and 2y. So the area of the new rectangle would be 2x*2y or 4xy. As you can see the new area is 4 times larger than the original.
A rectangle will always be a parallelogram.
I think you mean parallelogram. Parallelogram look like a rectangle but it looks slanted rectangle. __________________ /_________________/ ^^that is parallelogram ^^
the polygon would be a square
A 5 x 7 rectangle
A rectangle with three irregular angles.
A cylinder looks like a can. It has congruent circles for the bases and vertical sides that when rolled out would be a rectangle.
That depends what kind of figure you are talking about. The formula for the area of a circle is quite different from the area of a rectangle, for example. That depends what kind of figure you are talking about. square circle rectangle diamond
It depends on what the shaded and non-shaded parts look like!
