a realy fat person.

Try to be real because the questions are. Vibrations are usually signs of out of balanced tires, drive train problems or poor engine performance you should start with your tires first this is least expensive to rule out and if it still viberates take it to a servvice center and have the drive train checked this is important don't trust your luck with your life good luck. I had the same problem with my 2005 Ford Explorer mechanic said it was the rear end changed it $2,300 kept shaking wore out tires come to realize my tires were different sized got new tires works like a charm.

What causes car and wheels shake while driving and braking?

If it only happens when you are braking I would suspect warped brake rotors. Other reasons the front end could shake would include unbalanced tires or the vehicle needing realignment. Whatever the case may be; driving a car in this condition is unsafe and you should repair it or have it repaired before you drive it again.
