When is a polygon equilateral?

The word equilateral is derived from equi (= equal) and lateral (= referring to sides). So equilateral means having sides of equal length. In the case of a triangle, equilateral also implies equiangular (all angles are the same measure). But for polygons with four or more sides, equilateral does not imply equiangular.
