would have is a past perfect modal but conditional.
must have is also past perfect modal but an assumption.
eg: Would have implies action completed in the past but was not performed. Must have implies assumption of an action completed with an emphasis.
To contract "must" and "not," you would use an apostrophe to combine them into "mustn't."
