Adding a seound battery to a series circuit will increase the voltage, and require less current to keep the lights (if there are any on) as bright. Say you have a 6v battery, then you add another 6v battery. the voltage of the circuit would be 12v
No. Emergency lights are designed to turn ON when there is a power loss or outage either from their back up battery or from an emergency generator. In buildings which do not have back up emergency generators, (which most are) emergency lights require power supplied to them 24/7 to keep their batteries charged.
As many as the watts or current the dimmer specs say it will control - less 10 percent
The three essential parts of any electrical circuit are: a power source (like a battery or generator), a load(like a light bulb or motor) and connectors (wires) to join them together.A fourth part, that is always a very important thing to have in most circuits, is a control device such as a switch, circuit breaker or fuse.
flashlights, lamps, street lights
Recheck your battery to see if hooked up right.
This is because each time the battery is disconnected, the computer in the car loses power. When the new battery is hooked up, the computer system needs to be reset to stop the lights from blinking.
Perhaps they are on a timer or photocell.
Pegasus Lighting carries lights that are to be used on indoor stairs. They are led lights that can be hooked into your electrical box or you can choose the battery operated.

Solar lights have a solar panel, control board, photocell sensor, Ni-Cad batteries and a LED (light emitting diode) bulb. The solar panel captures the sun's photonic energy during the day. This electrical current is stored in the Ni-Cad (nickel-cadmium) batteries. The photocell sensor detects available light and the control board regulates flow into the battery. When the photcell sensor detects darkness, the charge stored in the battery is released to power the LED bulb during the evening. Of a morning, the light is switched off to recharge the batteries. Multi crystalline powered solar lights need full sun to charge however amorphous solar panels are still able to charge in overcast conditions.
A good idea for a mini Christmas lights system is to set your lights to music by getting a control system that is hooked up to your computer. You can buy one already built, or do it yourself.
There are several dash lights on a Mitsubishi Triton. There is a light to indicate a hot engine, low battery current, high beam lights and when the cruise control is engaged.
the plug behind the battery might be unplugged or that same plug is disconnected from the fuse box
The 80 amp fuse is blown, it is hard to see on that fuse.
1990 toyota celica when jumper cables are hooked up dash lights turn on but the car won't turn over won't even click
You have possibly blown the main fusible link by the battery. Check this first, then all the other fuses. Did you turn the key on at all while you were charging with 24Volts? If so you may have damaged some of the electrical control units and possibly the alternator. Charging a 12V battery on 24 volts is a no no, especially while hooked up to the cars electrical system. Many of the control units and computers have direct battery feeds to them for memory purposes so you end up with 24V going to them as well as the battery if everything is still connected while charging. Another possiblity is if you turned the key on while the battery was still being chatged with 24V you have blown all the 12V warning lights in the instrument cluster.
