don't know about the particular year. on my 95 F250, the ICM is located on the driver's inside fenderwell, underneath the Powertrain Control Module. hope that helps.

The 1992 Dodge Ram 250 ignition module is located on the firewall in the engine compartment. The ignition module will be on the drivers side of the firewall.

The ignition module for your van is located under the hood against the firewall. It has a fair size harness connected to it, with a bolt through the center of it to connect it to the module
Cycle the ignition on/off/on/off/on and count the flashes of the check engine light. A pattern of two flashes, pause, two flashes would be a code 22.
Just unplug it and kickstart it
