It depends by what you mean building and what type of coin.

Current 2010 US Coins don't have buildings on the Penny (it is the union shield), Half Dollar (it is the great seal of the USA), Quarter (it is one of 5 designs of America the Beautiful) or Dime (it is a torch) the only 2010 circulating coin with a building on the back is the nickle. However, older pennies have the Lincoln Memorial on the back. But some of the more recent nickles also don't have buildings on the reverse but rather scenes commemorating Louis and Clark. Plus, bicentennial half dollars have a building on the reverse.
