There are a number of ways to think about this when coming to the solution. Finding the solution has the same math, regardless of how you think about it.
Imagine a line, starting at (0,2.2) and running through the point (1,8.5)
solving the equation of this line gives y = 6.3*x + 2.2
When x = 0, y = 2.2 (the first number), and when x = 1, y = 8.5 (the 2nd num)
So one-third of the way between x =0 and x =1, is x = 1/3
plugging x = 1/3 into the equation, results in y = 4.3
So, 4.3 is one-third the way between 2.2 and 8.5
While this may seem complicated, if you learn how to do this, then you can figure out several types of problems.
22 is halfway between 19 and 25 because 19+3=22, and 22+3=25.
1/2(64+22) = 43
28
24
22 of them.

No.
22 is halfway between 19 and 25 because 19+3=22, and 22+3=25.
22
It is 20
it is: 22
1/2(64+22) = 43
Range is the difference between the largest number and the lowest number in a series.
23 is the next whole number.... But there are an infinite number of fractions between them
There are an infinite number of numbers between 0.75 and 0.8. One of them is 0.775.
A number is prime if its ONLY factors are 1 and the number that you are testing. 22 has factors of 22 & 1, as well as 2 & 11. By the way, 2 is the only even prime number.
