heat or oxygen
Removing trees from a forest fire is called a "fire break" or "fire line" and it provides a separation of the unburned fuel from the fire. Thus, a fire break affects the "fuel" leg of the fire triangle by denying fuel to the fire.
When a part of the fire triangle—composed of heat, fuel, and oxygen—is removed, a fire can no longer sustain itself. For instance, eliminating oxygen (by smothering the fire) can extinguish it, while removing heat can prevent ignition. Without fuel, there is nothing for the fire to consume, effectively stopping its growth. Each component is essential for combustion, so removing any one of them interrupts the fire's chemical reaction.

not that much but many
The Triangle Shirtwaist Factory fire was an industrial fire that had nothing to do with the movement for giving the vote to women.
Fire Hydrant maintenance/removal is normally the responsibility of the City or the works/utilities department, as it is a part of the municipal water system. Firefighters are generally not involved with anything past the normal operation of a fire hydrant.
You already have. Part of your taxes goes for "police and fire protection" in most cities, towns and villages.
I assume the firefighters but please tell me where is the part that qualifies under relationship category?
Except for the overloaded fire escapes, no part of the building collapsed during the Triangle Shirtwaist Factory fire.
it depends on the amount of water and size of fire. small amount of water would take the heat out of fire by cooling, steam absorbs the heat. a large amount of water doused on fire would smother taking the oxygen out of fire.
A fire blanket removes the oxygen supply from the fire when it is placed over it, suffocating the flames and extinguishing the fire.
