Who bought the first computer made by Charles Babbage?

Nobody. Babbage had no computer to sell. The british parliament, which was funding his work, decided the project was a waste of public monies and cut off his funding long before he had anything actually operating. At that point his machinist announced it was his intention to take all the tooling and parts he had made in payment of back due money owed him by Babbage.
