There is no reason why 6.4% (which is what 40%%% is) should take electronics. It is a lot more than is currently the case so many of them would probably not be much good at the subject. Furthermore, few economies would be able to support that proportion of people who have taken electronics.
One can easily calculate percentages without electronics. 1 percent of 100 is one. One does not need a calculator for this. Pen and paper is suficcient. If this is not the answer to your question, then please rephrase or explain your question better.

This is how i do it! Take the percent and place it over 100 (100 is supposed to be the denominator!) Then you take the percent sign off of the percent number (2) and simplify to its lowest terms! Then you should have 1/50.
This is 35% 0.35= 35% if you take the decimal and times it by 100 you should get you answer as a percent.
