Why are they hestiating about making xenosaga 4?

but seriously..if they do make xenosag 4...can we keep the cut scenes down to a minimum. i ain't got time to be watchin no hour long cut scenes like in xenosaga 3

There is actually a Xenosaga 4 already,its called Xenogears and was for PS1,came out about 12-13years ago ,and it was made by Squaresoft,which is called SquareEnix now
