-- You can put as much or as little as you want to into a 55-gallon drum,

as long as you don't exceed 55 gallons.

-- A "barrel of oil" is not a 55-gallon drum. It's 35 imperial gallons, which is

approximately 42.5 US gallons. (So the price of oil by the barrel is even higher

than it sounds.)
