Proably a bent Rim. I had a BMW with that type of issue. Everything was good until I got new rims that (1)turned out to have a factory defect. Cost me time and $ with multiple balances and such. Have your tires balanced and look at the line where the rim meets the tire. If you see any swaying you have a bad rim. Maby from pot hole or something.
Worth a try. Excuse the spelling. Should be dong my math homework:)
You
no you can not put 22 inch rims on a 2001 Mitsubishi galant i have a 02 galant and was going to do the same thing you can put 20 inchs on them but if you want 22 just put them up there just to have the car for show on not driving the car
I have a 2001 Mitsubishi galant that has 146,000 and still going strongAnswermitsubishis suck, but as any thing it lasts as long as you take care of it.gm Jim My 2000 Galant has 172xxx miles and still runs like new. The average miles for a Galant is about 250xxx.
The problem is probably the rear wheel bearings
on my 96 2.4 its right on the valve cover, has a hose going to the intake manifold
ECM will not cause A/C to not work properly. some of the earlier mitsubishi's had a ground wire for the A/C going through the ECM. and i have ran into the circuit in the ECM that grounds it go out causing the A/C to not work on a few diffrent cars
You are going to have to have a line in jack that connects to your mp3's hole were you put the headphones. There will usually be a place in the car that says "line in" plug the other peice into the "line in" hole in the car. There will be a button that says AUX usually by your radio push that. Then it will usually play. Unless the Galant does not have a "line in" hole
check fuses, see if ones blown check power at blower, don't forget the fan switch ,there famous for going out.
The PCV valve on the 99 galant is the piece of plastic shaped like and L on the top of the engine manifold. It has a piece of tubing going from the valve to the intake. You can easily just pull it out from manifold, take tubing off and replace with same PCV valve. then put everything back theway you found it.
there are 2,one is in the gas tank and another one ''inline'' going to the furl injector.on some models you can check under the backseat/boot area to test the wiring without actually removing the gas tank
Depends on how it is driven and maintained. If the owner is constantly driving in pedal to the metal mode, the engine is going to fail sooner than if it was driven at moderate speeds and properly maintained like changing the oil every 3000 miles.
you have to remove back seat, then covering, then you will see fuel lines going into gas tank. you have to remove them, take off the top of unit because the fuel pump is located inside the fuel tank. it all comes out in one peice.
