We know that Force=mass*Accelaration

Acceleration=Force/Mass

So,Accelaration is inversely proportional to mass.i.e,if mass increases, acceleration decreases and vice versa .

now coming to the present problem,

steel ball has more mass than plastic ball so as described above steel ball has less acceleration than plastic ball.

Would it be easier or harder to throw a fast ball in low gravity?

As long as you can keep your feet on the ground, there should be no difference. Since the forces of gravity act vertically, they have no effect on things you're trying to do horizontally.

Is gravity a velocity or accelaration?

Well, F=MA Force = Mass * Acceleration Force takes into consideration Mass and Acceleration. Acceleration is M/S2 Force is M2/S2 Acceleration is how much an object is speeding up. Force is how much impact the object will have when it collides with something. When an adult hits you with the same acceleration as that of a child, the hit of the adult will hurt more (feel harder). Why? This is because there is more mass to the hand of an adult than to that of a child.

One way to increase acceleration is by?

Increase the force on the object. The force must be in the same direction as the acceleration.

Why is the relationship of force acceleration and mass fma?

This is easier to visualize if you rearrange, solving for acceleration: a = F/m. What this means is that a larger force will produce a larger acceleration. It also means that, since mass is in the denominator, in the case of a larger mass, there will be less acceleration. In other words, a more massive object is harder to accelerate (it is harder to speed it up or slow it down).

How space is harder to fly on than earth?

Because earth has a lot of gravity

Is it the more mass an object has the harder it is to change the acceleration?

yes because of Newton's law F=ma. If you increase mass, you have to increase force to achive the same acceleration.

Why does ecstasy shrink your penis while on the drug?

If you are pushing a shopping cart if you start pushing harder what happens?

According to Newton's Second Law of Motion, the greater the force, the greater the acceleration. So if you were to begin pushing a shopping cart harder, you go faster and there is more acceleration. If you were to push the cart softer there would be less acceleration.

Why is it harder to ride a bicycle up a hill?

Because you have to overcome gravity on your way up.
