50 this isnt quite right, 50 is the answer if dividing by two. if all the numbers between 1 and 100 where written out in a line and then you crossed of one number from each end at a time you end up with 50 and 51 left in the middle. in other words you do not get one whole number (an integer) the answer would have to 50.5.
