They don't have to at all. Every scientist can use whatever units he wants to,

whatever helps him feel most comfortable and all warm and fuzzy at night

when he's working late in his laboratory and nobody is bothering him.

But if he ever wants to tell anybody else about what he did in his laboratory, what

he suspected, what he tried, what he found, what he discovered, what he proved,

what he'd like to get some help on from somebody else, and why he wants the

university to keep paying him to study it, then he'll need to tell the other people

about it in units that they understand too.

Why must scientist use standard units of measure in their experiments?

They have to use standard units of measurements in their expirements, so they can commpare data

What system of measurements do scientists use?

Scientists typically use the International System of Units (SI) for measurements. This system includes units such as meters for distance, kilograms for mass, and seconds for time. Using a standardized system like SI ensures consistency and clear communication in scientific research.

What units of temperature do scientists frequently use?

scientists frequently use Celsius

Why must you use a standard unit?

Standard Units of what? If you mean of measurement, standard unitsfacilitate science, engineering and trade, as all countries use the same kilograms, degrees-Celsius, Watts or Hertz, etc.

What are the unis scientists use for circles called?

The name for the units scientists use for circles are degrees.

Do scientist use the same units of measurment?

Scientists generally use the International System of Units (SI) as their standard for measurement. This system includes units such as meters for length, kilograms for mass, and seconds for time. However, in specialized fields or historical contexts, different units of measurement may be used.

Why might scientist prefer using metric unit rather than feet or inches?

Mainly to use an accepted standard (scientists all over the world use the same units). Also, it is easier to do calculations in metric units.

What are to units that scientists use to measure temperature?

To measure temperature, scientists use:KelvinCelsiusFahrenheit.

What units of measurement are used by scientist worldwide?

Scientists worldwide primarily use the International System of Units (SI) as the standard system of measurement. This system includes units such as meters (length), kilograms (mass), seconds (time), and kelvin (temperature). These units provide a common language for scientists to communicate and work together effectively.

Scientists use what system of units?

Generally they use the SI system

You do you need in a measurement?

Standard units are used for measurmen as there is a system called the SI units and that is considered as the international system of units that is why we use standard units for measurment .
