A mark on 5th key is to help visually challenged people. A device with that mark is in compliance for usability by the disabled.
on the question mark key, it is the slash.
Hold down Shift and press 1 on the number row.
You have to have a second key board if you do hold down alt and select a number.
While pressing the left shift key (to the left of [z]), press the [ / ] key ( to the right of [ . ]). This question does make me wonder how you put a question mark at the end of it though.
