What is the measurement used for 6 x 8 - cm, inches, etc? What is the 3 yards - is it a linear length, such as a 3 yard length of string, or a 6" wide plank of wood? Need more details.

To determine how many banners you can make with 12 yards of fabric, first convert yards to feet: 12 yards equals 36 feet (since 1 yard = 3 feet). If each banner requires 1 foot of fabric, you can make 36 banners with 12 yards of fabric. Therefore, you can create a total of 36 banners.

How many yards of sand do you need to cover 1200 sq ft?

depends on the depth that you need to cover the 1200 square feet (area) to. there are 3 foot to 1 yard (1 foot=3 yards). so 1 square foot = 9 square yards (3x3). 1200 square feet = 1200 x9 = 10,800 square yards. you then multiply the 10,800 by the amount of yards (depth) that you want to cover the area to.
