Will your marks from 3 maths exams add up overall.I did Edexcel maths exams. Unit 1 and 2 i got a B and C grade. I need to do unit 3...will my marks add up overall at the end?

I don't know about your specific school; you would have to ask the school administration, or the teacher. But the usual procedure is to take an average of all the grades (which are often expressed as a percentage). In some cases, a weighted average is also used, meaning that some exams may have more "weight" than others, i.e., have a greater influence on the final grade, but that is only likely to happen when there are different categories of exams, e.g. a final exam will often have more "weight" than a partial exam. If you get a B or C grade on unit 3, your overall average should also be either a B or a C, depending on the exact percentage grade you got on each exam.

For recognition: All GCE O levels from any board are treated equally. Difficulty level: The Cambridge Syllabus is very lengthy. Edexcel Syllabus is comparatively shorter. But the difficulty level is the same; Edexcel questions are for creative & intuitive minds while Cambridge emphasizes on knowledge. Chance of getting an A: Cambridge has the upper hand here. You will give 6 papers or so for a single subject, therefore, u have a chance to cover up ur bad exams. Not only that, Cambridge examiners are generous about marks while the Edexcel examiners enjoys cutting off marks. But, the problem is, most people fall sick giving the prolonged Cambridge exams. I mean, that's outrageous, a whole 1.5 months packed up with exams?
