It depends upon what you actually mean by your question. In base 6 we could not write 13 + 13 = 26. There is no number 26 in base 6!

However we could still represent the same thing, but the representation of the numbers would look different.

In base 6: 13 (in base 10) would be 21 and 26 (in base 10) would be 42.

So, the actual amounts would be the same, but in base 6 we would write this as:

21 + 21 = 42.
