i have that problem to it helps to not to hold it because then your going to need to use it more when you go to sleep make sure you get some toilet paper and put it in your underpants incase yuh have to go and dont wet yourself get alot so it doesent wet the bed but if you have to go badly get alot of paper towel and last of all get some extra incase
