I really wanted an Isabella Northface backpack and was so relieved to find the ones on Dr. Jays.com to be so cheap but, I compared the image of Dr. Jays Isabella Northface to an image of it from the actual website and they are different. The zippers and some other details on the jackets are different. Edit: By another Dr. Jays shopper I would like to dispute this claim. I serve in the Air Force over sees. I shopped through them after talking to their helpful customer service about a shipping question. My stuff got to Japan in less than 6 business day(which is fast considering where I am) And everything looks like it was described on the site. One bad experience doesn't condemn the whole site.
