Before I answer the question I must ask why on earth would you want to do that? If your feet are really cheesy then you will be able to smell them easily - but you may seriously regret being able to get closer. And if they do not stink, why worry aboyut how they smell?

Anyway, it is not just about the flexibility of you legs but your whole body, especially the hips and waist.

Some people are born and remain supple. At 50 my mother could touch the back of her head with her toes. At 60 I could hold my big toe if I wanted to - but my feet often stink, so I don't!

You need to have no or little excess weight. A big tummy simply gets in the way!

You can increase your flexibility with exercise: not muscle building exercises but things like yoga, which make you more supple.
