First you convert the fraction. Example: 2 3/4 - 1 6/9. 2 gives 3 a "boost" to 4/4. Now it is 1 4/4. Then you find the LCD ( least common denomitator) which is 36. 1 4/4 is now 1 36/36 and 2 6/9 is 2 24/36. Last thing you do is subtract 1 36/36 and 2 24/36. But first you put the greater number or "mixed number" before the lowest number. So 2 24/36- 1 36/36= 1 12/36 and reduce it to 1 1/3. Hopefully I am right because I have no clue how to subtract mixed numbers.
To reduce 36/48, find the common factors of the numbers (12), and divide them out. 36/48 = 3/4
The two numbers are... -36 and -36
The next two square numbers after 30 are 36 and 49
The multiples of 9 and factors of 36 are...... 9, 18, and 36
Orange, I think.
It could be 2 and 12/12 which is the same as 36/12 = 3
41 over 36 as a mixed number is 15/36
36 over 5 as a mixed number = 71/5
The mixed number of 46 over 36 is 15/18
There is none. Improper fractions are made from mixed numbers, which is more than the number one. 25 over 36 was not over one to begin with, so it cannot be converted to an improper fraction.
36/9 actually simplifies to 4. Normally mixed numbers have some integer (like 1, 2, 3, 4 etc.) and a fraction component. But 36/9 simplifies perfectly to just 4.
36/12 = 3
Since the numbers 17 and 36 share no common factors other than 1, 3 17/36 is already expressed as a mixed number in its simplest form.
51/7
1+9/36 simplfied to 1 + 1/4
36/15 = 12/5 = 2 and 2/5
