Bose products are very hard to dissasemble. You might break it if you try. It is best to call Bose for repairs. Their customer support is excellent.

If you need to get the back off, take out the 5 black star head screws.

Peel back the black Bose sticker. remove 3 cross head screws (not includng the ones either side of the power plug)

The back then slides off and you can unplug trhe circuit board. beware though its a complex mother inside.
