Can you divide the watch face with 2 straight lines so that the sum of the numbers in each part are equal?

If, by two straight lines, you mean two diameters, the answer is No, you cannot. Two diameters will divide the clock face into four parts. The sum of the numbers, 1 to 12, is 78 which is not divisible by 4. A diameter from between 9 and 10 (to between 3 and 4) will divide the clock face into halves, and the numbers in each half add to 39. Unfortunately, that is only one line, and not two as required.
