The circumference of any given circle can be calculated if you know the radius, in this case a 5cm radius, so (pi*5cm)=15.71cm of circunference and if you add another full turn the next minute then 15.71cm more....so 31.4cms traveled.

But, If you are in the highway counting this, traveling at 75mph then you and the watch and its minute hand traveled 1 1/4miles.
