No it is not a rational number,similar like 22/7 which is also a irrational number,becoz they are not totally divisible.

Incorrect. If it can be represented as a fraction it is rational. It has nothing to do with it being divisible. 3/4 is rational, 1/3 is rational, 22/7 is rational. root 2 is irrational, as is pi.
