I agree 110-75=35 BUT should you leave your checking account at absolute zero? The real life answer would be at least $36 but personally I wouldn’t go lower than $40 ( in my case there could be possible human error in the calculations of my balance cuz I still calculate by hand and have been known to make 2+2=5 on occasion when I’m in a hurry 🤦🏻♀️ lol
correct answer for math homework: at least $35
correct answer for real life: at least $40

what is my recent deposit and balance on checking account elcantante i need my saving account balance
I think it is US $ 500 for a simple checking account. The bank would give you an ATM card and a check book for this account. However if you arrange to have a Direct Deposit (Your Monthly Salary/paycheck) into this account Bank of America waives this minimum balance requirement and you can have it as a Zero-Balance checking account.
Chase Banks offer two types of checking accounts. They offer a free checking account with no minimum balance with direct deposit and an interest checking account with a $5000 minimum balance and direct deposit.
Money in a checking account is called demand deposit.
No. He cannot access your checking account to view the balance or to withdraw money. However, he will be able to access your account to credit your monthly paycheck or salary through direct deposit. Even during direct deposit, he wouldn't be directly accessing your checking account. Instead, his bank would be doing that by means of direct deposit instructions to your bank.
An online checking account allows you to view your balance and pay bills from your account. Some banks are starting to implement systems where you take a photo of your check and send it to your online account to deposit it.
Yes. There are no restrictions as to who can deposit cash into a checking account. Anyone can deposit cash into anyone else's account as long as they know the account number of the account into which they want to deposit cash. For ex: I can walk into the bank branch where you hold a checking account and deposit $500 into it if I know the account number. Nobody will ask or question me as to why I am doing so…
Demand Deposit Account
I am sure most banks do have free checking accounts only if you sign up for a direct deposit or maintain the minimum account balance that is required.
First Citizens bank offers several checking accounts. Their Free Checking account does not have a monthly or annual fee if e.statements are accepted instead of paper statements. Liberty Classic and Liberty Advantage accounts are free with direct deposit. Select Checking has a fee of $8 per month, which can be avoided with a direct deposit of more than $250, or with a balance of $1500 in the account each month. Premier checking has a monthly fee of $16, unless the account has a balance of $5000 each month.
It means that you have money in your bank account that can be withdrawn whenever you need. A credit balance indicates that there is money in your account whereas a Debit balance indicates that you owe money to the bank. You can withdraw as much money as you have in your account anytime you want if the account is a saving or checking account. If it is a Time Deposit, you may have to wait until the deposit matures or incur the penalty for premature closure.
