R is the universal gas constant, which is found with one of three formulas depending on what your pressure is measured in.

if you're measuring in ATM (atmospheres) then it is:

.0821*(L ATM/ mole K)

to switch any other type of pressure to atmospheres, you use the formula,

1.00 ATM = 101.3 kPa = 760 mmHg = 760 torr.

if you don't feel like converting, look up universal gas constant formulas on Google, you should be able to find something.
