A 3-sided polygon has 0 parallel sides. A 4-sided polygon can have 0, 2 or 4 parallel sides. A 5-sided polygon can have 0, 2, 3 or 4 parallel sides. In general, an n-sided polygon can have 0, 2, 3, ..., n-1, or n parallel sides where n>5. A polygon with n sides can have n pairs of parallel sides (if n is even) or (n-1)/2 pairs if n is odd AND greater than 3. But it need not have any.
there isn't a polygon with 3 sides but there are triangles. polygons start with hexgons; 5 sided shapes.

The minimum number of sides for a polygon is 3 sides.
Providing that it is a regular polygon it will have 8 sides.
It is a scalene triangle
Providing it has no right angles then it is a scalene triangle.
A 3 sided polygon with 2 equal sides is an isosceles triangle
How about an isosceles triangle of which 2 of its 3 sides are congruent and 2 of its 3 angles are congruent
How about an isosceles triangle of which 2 of its 3 sides are congruent and 2 of its 3 angles are congruent
An equilateral triangle
A polygon that has congruent sides and congruent angles is called a Regular polygon. If the number of sides is given, you can be more specific. Some examples: 3 congruent sides/angles = equilateral triangle 4 congruent sides/angles = square 5 congruent sides/angles = regular pentagon 6 congruent sides/angles = regular hexagon ...and so on, by adding "regular" in front of the shape's name.
A polygon is a shape with 3 or more sides therefore a 2 sided shape isn't a polygon
There is no such thing. A polygon has 3 or more sides.
A 3 sided polygon with 2 equal sides is an isosceles triangle
NO!!! The smallest polygon is 3 sided. it is a 'trigon' ( triangle).
It is a 'many sided' polygon
