The LCM of 15 and 25 is 75.
The least common multiple of two numbers is the product of the two numbers divided by their greatest common factor. The greatest common factor of 15 and 25 is 5. (See related question "What is the greatest common factor of 15 and 25?" for this calculation.) So, the least common multiple is 15 x 25 ÷ 5 = 75.
The least common multiple (LCM) is often also called the lowest common multiple or smallest common multiple. Keep in mind that these different terms all refer to the same thing: the smallest positive integer which is a multiple of two or more numbers.

If you take the square root of each one of them, you will see that they go from 5, 4, and 3, respectively. sqrt 9 = 3 sqrt 16=4 sqrt 25=5 There you have it!
15 = 1 x 3 x 5. 25 = 1 x 5 x 5. The common factors are 1 and 5.
675 is the answer. 25 x 27 = 675 and 45 x 15 = 675
Common multiples include 75, 150, 225 and so on.
The least common denominator will be the least common multiple between 8 and 10, which is 40. So convert the fractions to a denominator of 40.40 = 8 x 5, so for 5/8, multiply top and bottom by 5 -> 25/4040 = 10 x 4, so for 7/10, multiply both by 4 -> 28/40.So now you have 5/8 = 25/40 and 7/10 = 28/40. You can add them and get 53/40, or 1 13/40. You can compare them and find that 25 < 28, so 5/8 < 7/10.
