Now we take the reciprocal of 3/5 (which is 5/3 because (3/5) * (5/3) =1) and multiply by it making the problem

(2/1) x (5/3)

Now multiply the top times the top and the bottom times the bottom and you get

(2*5)/(1*3) =10/3
