Not possible. If you were to state the result of the addition to be -4 or 16, or the result of the multiplication to be 60.

Anyway, the answer is -6 and -10. -6 x -10 = 60, and -6 + -10 = -16.

OR

6 and -10, by which the answer is 6 x -10 = -60, and 6 + -10 = -4.
