Let the integers be n-2 , n & n + 2

Hence

(n - 2) + n + (n+2) = 261Removing the brackets we have

n - 2 + n + n + 2 = 261

The '2' on the left hand sidfe adds to zero.

Hence

3n = 261

Divide both sides by '3'

n = 261/3 = 87

Hence n- 2 = 85

n + 2 = 89

So the three odd integers are

85,87,& 89.
