My tattoo lines are going in very faint and not solid black outlines I was wondering what is causing this Is it my speed do I need to slow down while doing lines?

This sounds like it could be your speed setting, but in all likelihood, you are not going deep enough with the liner. It could also be a combination of the two. The setting of your contact screw will also play a part in the overall packing ability of your machine.
