Hi
You take two graph points x,y and x1,y1
Use the midpoint equation :
(x1+x)/2 = midpoint x , and (y1+y)/2 = midpoint y
For a example
(1,3) and ( 4,5)
What the midpoint of it?
Midpoint x = (4+1)/2 = 5/2 = 2 1/2
Midpoint y = (5+3)/2 = 8/2 = 4
So the midpoint of points (1,3) and (4,5) is ( 2 1/2 , 4 )
Just graph it and will see for yourself it works.

The midpoint of a line can be found easily by using the midpoint formula. Find the length of the line and simply divide it in two.
midpoint = (x1+x2 , y1+y2/2)
Given only the midpoint you cannot.
A syllabus is a preview of what you will be doing within the year or grading period. You can find a math syllabus by making one yourself.
GIven 2 distance points (x1,y1) and (x2,y2) we can draw a line between those point and the midpoint formula finds the midpoint of that line. Call the midpoint (m1,m2) then it is [ (x1+x1 )/2 , (y1+y2/2)]
The midpoint of a triangle is the 3rd sides' size, divided by 2.
The midpoint formula is used to find the point that is in the middle of a segment.
Advanced math is when students find math very easy, and they can go at a quicker pace, and do harder things. Just say your in seventh grade. The advanced math class would be doing techniques that eighth graders are doing.
Use the midpoint calculator to find out the midpoint of a line segment, which is the point that cuts the segment into two equal parts.
Im assuming you mean "how do you find the coordinates of a midpoint", sorry if that is not what you intended. To find the midpoint of two points, you should have two co-ordinates, call them (x1,y1) and (x2,y2). The formula for the co-ordinate of the midpoint is ((x1+x2)/2 , (y1+y2)/2).
