Nonsensical question. 'Knot' is a measure of speed or velocity and kilometre of distance or length. The two are not compatible. You might as well ask how many ounces are in a kilowatt.

To cover 41 kilometres/hour you would be sailing (presumably) at 22.14knots or 22.13 UK knots.

Originally the knots that gave their name to the unit were placed at intervals of 47ft 3in along a rope. I suppose - in a round about way - you could say that there would therefore be 341.62 knots in your 41km but I suspect that isn't the answer you were looking for...
