Basically what you have to do is just take the number you are trying to see what percent it is and multiply it by four.

Example: 6% of 25; 6x4= 24; So 6 is 24% of 25.

6% of 25 = 6/100 x 25 = 6/4 x 1= 6/4 = 3/2 = 1.5
