The easiest way to do this is to round each figure to the nearest ten. Once you have that, it should be an easy matter to multiply. Hope this helps
Multiply to do 39 and + - to 1
To multiply two digit decimal numbers, multiply the numbers as you would without the decimals. To put the decimal in the answer, count the number of decimal places in the two numbers and put the decimal in the answer that many places to the left. For example: 5.12 x 6.35 = 32.5120. If the numbers were 51.2 x 63.5, the answer would be 3251.20.
There are no two real numbers that do. Using complex numbers, these two do: (-3/2 + i√151/2) & (-3/2 - i√151/2) Two numbers that add to -3 and multiply to -40 are -8 & 5 Two numbers that add to 3 and multiply to -40 are 8 & -5 Two complex numbers that add to 3 and multiply to 40 are (3/2 + i√151/2) & (3/2 - i√151/2)
factors are the two or more numbers that are used to multiply and be the product of a certain number.
They are: 1*103 = 103
The answer when you multiply two numbers.
The product is the answer you get when you multiply two numbers. The two numbers are called factors. The number the factors make when you multiply them is called the product
You take the two numbers that you need which is the width and the height then you multiply the width and height and multiply the two numbers to find the product and that's your answer! :)
A product requires you to multiply two numbers, not just one.
First you just multiply 8 by 5, which is 40. Tack on two 0's at the end to get 4000.
Since the CFs of neither match, you have to multiply the two numbers together. The answer you get is the LCF. You do the math.
21 and 5. 21 x 5 = 105. Simple math.
When you multiply two numbers, you get the product
In your head, multiply 4 times 1, and then add on the two zeros on the end.
The two (or more) numbers that you multiply are called factors. (The result of the multiplication is called the product.)
When you multiply two numbers, it is called the product.
You can multiply the first two numbers, then multiply the result with the third number. Or multiply in any other order. You can multiply the first two numbers, then multiply the result with the third number.
