50% methanol will damage the membrane more than 25% acetone.
we did the lab.
You can ask someone to whisper it you very softly.
MS stands for 'Mint State' meaning a coin that shows no wear or damage from circulation.
One of the leading causes of blindness in the US, glaucoma results from a group of eye conditions which causes optic nerve damage due to abnormally high pressure inside the eye.

Lets try z^-1 which is 1/z. Now z=x+iy then 1/z = 1/(x+iy). This is equal to (x-iy)/((x+iy)(x-iy)) and is equal to (x-iy)/(xx+yy). The real part is u=x/(xx+yy) and the imaginary part is -y/(xx+yy). Don't forget that i squared is -1 when working out (x+iy)(x-iy). Get a good program like Mathmatica as higher exponents get real time consuming and will cause brain damage! Netflyer
yes it will
Methanol breaks down the structure of the beet membrane which in turn release the pigment, betcyanin, the pigment found in beet cell vacuoles that give beets their characteristic colour, and releases it. The more intense the colour you see, the greater damage that had been done on the membrane
No it does not. Acetone is the only thing to worry about.
All it does is cleans it. It does not do any damage to the jewellery at all.
Granite is able to withstand the use of acetone. If you have a water based stain on your granite you can dampen the spot and apply acetone. Let it dry and then rinse and wipe off the granite.
NO! Acetone is a heavy-duty thinner and paint remover. I cannot even imagine the damage it would do to your face over time.
acetone, and it is damaging because it is very harsh and drying. try to buy a polish remover that says "acetone free"
The hydrocortisone stabilizes the lysosomal membranes by reducing the cell damage. Its main purpose is to reduce inflammation.
Methanol isn't actually poisonous, but the chemicals produced when your body metabolises methanol are. The enzymes that metabolise methanol also metabolise ethanol, but when both are present the ethanol is processed first. Methanol is also removed from the body via the lungs, sweat glands and in urine. Giving ethanol prevents the toxic by products of metabolism whilst these other methods remove the methanol from their system. This treatment only works if given early. It does not reverse the the damage done by methanol that has already been metabolised.
Test in an inconspicuous spot first! Acetone can damage some surfaces. With nail polish remover. The more acetone in it the better. 100% ACETONE IS VERY FLAMMABLE! Be EXTREMELY careful! Fire extinguisher required. Ventilate area!
Acetone CAN damage paint; IT May not damage ALL paints. If you want to super clean your paint; say to remove oil from the road use mineral spirits, rags and gloves in a well ventilated area. The going will be slow but when your done wipe off remaining mineral spirits and wax the area.
I just tried using acetone to get superglue of my micro-fibre lounge. (2days ago). i used a cotton tip and a toothbrush, scrubbed at it, wiped it away with paper towel, and then did the same thing with warm soapy water straight after to try and avoid and damage from the acetone. its been two days and there is no discolouration on my lounge (it is a neutral beige color). hope that helps.
