Some multiples of 36 are 36,72,108,144,180,216,252,288,324,360, and so on. There are an infinite number of integer multiplesof a [non-zero] number.

So you have

  1. 36 x 1 = 36
  2. 36 x 2 = 72
  3. 36 x 3 = 108 etc.

The multiples of 36 (or any number) are formed when 36 is multiplied by 1, 2, 3, 4, 5....and so on.

EXAMPLE : The first few multiples of 36 are :1 x 36 = 36 : 2 x 36 = 72, 3 x 36 = 108, 4 x 36 = 144....and so on
