Well, it means that it only has two numbers in its factor. Like four. First a factor is what can you times to get that number. So four would be, 2 x 2, 4 x 1. Only two factors. Itself times one and a different factor besides that. There you go! Have fun!

All nonzero whole numbers have factors. Some are composite, some are prime. Prime factors can only be divided by themselves and 1.
