Almost 99% of the mass of the human body is made up of six elements: oxygen, carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, calcium, and phosphorus. Only about 0.85% is composed of another five elements: potassium, sulfur, sodium, chlorine, and magnesium. All are necessary to life. The remaining elements are trace elements, of which more than a dozen are thought to be necessary for life, or play a role in good health (e.g., fluorine, which hardens dental enamel but seems to have no other function).

What is a prime human?

A prime human is a human being who is completely healthy, both mentally and physically. It is more than that though, if you look deep into it, a prime human is mostly a mindset. Where others are apathetic about things, whether large or small in importance, a prime human will mentally focus on these things and make the correct decisions, to the best of their ability. Where others allow their minds to assume, judge or, from ignorance, discriminate, a prime human will not. They will mentally perceive the real world, with deep consideration of equality and reason, and proceed to not fall for any of these mental mistakes. Where others ignore or let their physical health/fitness degrade, a prime human will willfully keep their body at full strength, and always try to reach new Plato's. They are the ones who defend the kid who is being bullied, when everyone else just pretends the injustice isn't happening. Where others say "impossible", prime humans intelligently say "why not?". The amount of these individuals are few, very very few. The reality is that a large amount of us are capable of this, but as mentioned before, don't. It requires a clear understanding of reality and a perfect acceptance of death or severe pain. Why? Why do we not fight bullies? Because we will get hurt of course. When you are willing to accept the idea of sacrifice to achieve a goal, nothing can stop you. It requires not being tied down by anything, be it family, friends or religion. It requires sacrifice of social norms and societies acceptance. Prime humans can be spiritual, but are not foolish enough to take part in man-made religion, due to contradictions and obvious corruption. Take note, they are what most call recluses, or "downers". They fully concentrate on the most important things in life, and give little to no time for entertainment and dabbling with meaningless things (TV, Internet, partying ect). You will find these people in warzones, politics, universities and sometimes in confusing places. They can be homeless or stinking rich, they can be friendly or downright direct and rude. They aren't super heroes, but they are the closest thing to it. That is what a prime human is.

How do you change 12 to a percent?

How to change 1.2% to 1%? You can do it this way. Imagine 40lb is 30% of my body weight. If you want to know how much 1% of my body weight is , then you simply divide 40lb by 30. Other example: 50 packages is 25% of the total order made by the president, then 1% of the order represents 2 packages. Because 50/25=2. Hope this will help you. Greeting from The Netherlands.
