The decimal 0.707106781 is the square root of 2 divided by 2, which can be expressed as √2/2. This can also be simplified further by rationalizing the denominator to get (√2/2) * (√2/√2), resulting in the fraction 2√2/4 or simply √2/2.

This number if I am not mistaken, is root two over two. Because root two is irrational, so usually will be its products, quotients and sums. (i.e. it can't be written as a fraction per-se, without introducing the square-root symbol)
